1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through Ju Kole or Ayiti Flavor (collectively, "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be placed in advance of the specified cutoff time (Saturday 8:00 PM for Sunday Soup Joumou delivery).
- Payment is due at the time of ordering via Zelle to Ayiti Flavor LLC at (516) 309-5359.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within a reasonable time.
3. Delivery
- Delivery is available within our designated service areas only. Please verify your address is within our delivery zone before ordering.
- Delivery time slots are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.
- Premium delivery areas (Valley Stream, Baldwin, Freeport, Elmont) require a minimum of 2 bowls.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Food Safety & Allergens
Our food is prepared in a home kitchen environment. While we take precautions, our products may come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to: gluten, shellfish, nuts, dairy, and eggs. Customers with severe food allergies should contact us before ordering.
5. Modifications & Cancellations
- Order modifications or cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time.
- Cancellation requests should be submitted via WhatsApp at (516) 309-5359.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ju Kole and Ayiti Flavor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
7. Pete Kilot Plus — Herbal Root Blend
